The Mille Lacs Indian Museum and Trading Post is handicapped accessible. There is one wheelchair available for visitor use.


Free parking is available on site, including space for buses.


The Trading Post sells a wide variety of American Indian arts and crafts. Find out more


The Trading Post has elk and buffalo jerky, partially popped corn and maple sugar cakes. There are also picnic tables, a shelter and an indoor eating area for visitors who bring their own lunch or snacks.


We do not have strollers available.


The Mille Lacs Indian Museum and Trading Post is available for meetings, workshops, corporate and family gatherings. Find out more.


Service animals, such as guide dogs are permitted. Pets are not allowed.

First Aid

The site is equipped with both first aid kits and AEDs. Please see a staff person for assistance. All managers are trained in first aid/CPR/AED use.
