Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day: Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

May and September through October 20: Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • $5 adults
  • $3 seniors (65+), students w/ID and children 6-17
  • Free for children age 5 and under and MHS members

Home

Savor the smells and sights of an 1870s general store as you sample the wares or try a game of checkers. When the railroad bypassed the small town of West Newton, the Harkin Store was forced to close with much of the unsold inventory still on the shelves, where it remains today.
