The site is handicapped accessible. The visitor center has an elevator to all three levels. Lindbergh's home has a lift to the main floor with a weight limit of 475 lbs. The basement has walkout access. One wheelchair is available for visitor use and is a good substitute for heavier wheelchairs that might not make the weight limit on the lift.

Free onsite parking is available. Vehicle permits are required when parking in the neighboring Charles A. Lindbergh State Park.

The store carries a number of books and gifts related to Minnesota history, aviation, WWII, the Great Depression, and Charles A. Lindbergh. Unique items include children's toys, games, Christmas ornaments, snow globes, clothing, and more.
The store is open during regular site hours. In the offseason, the store is available by appointment.

There are no dining facilities on site. Bottled water and candy are available in the gift store. Picnic tables are located near the upper parking lot or visitors can use the picnic shelter across the street in the Charles A. Lindbergh State Park. There is no fee to use the picnic shelter; however, a state park vehicle permit is required to drive into the park or to use a state park lot. A number of dining options can be found in Little Falls.
